Are you an experienced Behavior Analyst passionate about creating meaningful change for adults with specialized needs? At Seven Hills Foundation, we are seeking a skilled Clinician - Behavior Analyst to lead evidence-based interventions, providing life-changing support for a specialized adult population. This role offers the flexibility to work in either New Bedford or Plymouth, MA, with a hybrid schedule available. 

Responsibilities

  • Comprehensive Behavioral Services: Deliver a continuum of behavior analytic services and supports to individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities.

  • Family and Guardian Collaboration: Develop and maintain positive, supportive relationships with individuals' families and guardians.

  • Functional Behavior Assessment: Conduct assessments to identify the root causes of challenging behaviors and inform intervention strategies.

  • Behavior Support Planning: Develop, monitor, and evaluate functional assessment-based behavior support plans that target behavior reduction and skill acquisition.

  • Staff Training and Coaching: Lead staff and caregiver training, providing coaching and on-site technical assistance to ensure accurate behavior plan implementation.

  • Regular On-Site Oversight: Maintain on-site oversight of behavior support plan implementation with a minimum of monthly visits.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.

  • Active BCBA or LMHC required.

  • Proven experience working with specialized adult populations.

  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
