As a School Liaison, you will serve as a vital bridge between schools, families, and community support services. You will provide one-on-one support to students facing challenges, offer guidance to their families, and collaborate with educators to ensure every child has the opportunity to succeed.

Responsibilities

  • Provide case management services, including assessments, individualized support plans, and referrals.
  • Build trusting relationships with youth and families to foster engagement and resilience.
  • Collaborate with school staff to identify and address student needs.
  • Advocate for families and connect them with community resources.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to program guidelines.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or a related field (license-eligible).

  • Eligibility for professional licensure

  • Experience working with youth and families in a school or community setting.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Comfort with diverse populations and a commitment to equity and inclusion.

  • Flexibility to work occasional weekends & evenings, as needed.
