We're seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Associate to ensure the timely, accurate, and compliant processing of payroll for our dedicated staff. If you're a skilled payroll professional with a strong grasp of systems, reporting, and employee service, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

  • Process biweekly payroll, including adjustments, direct deposits, and payroll tax reporting.

  • Maintain accurate employee payroll and attendance records.

  • Coordinate with HR to verify payroll deductions (e.g., health, dental, Club 100).

  • Ensure compliance with DOL wage and hour regulations.

  • Prepare and transmit 403B payments and wage garnishments.

  • Maintain positive relationships with external payroll vendors.

  • Communicate effectively with employees and external partners on payroll matters.

  • Support agency policies, including Human Rights and incident reporting procedures.

  • Perform additional payroll-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree or equivalency.
  • Four to six years experience in payroll; computer literacy and a good working knowledge of payroll as it relates to bookkeeping is also required.
