Pay: $30.15/Hr.

As Program Director II, you’ll oversee the full spectrum of day program operations, including:

• Designing and leading engaging, person-centered programming

• Managing budgets, contracts, and regulatory compliance

• Supporting families and advocating for program participants

• Cultivating a positive team culture and supervising program staff

• Collaborating with government agencies, community partners, and internal teams

• Education: Bachelor’s degree (required)

• Experience: 3–5 years in a related human services field

• License: Valid Class C or D driver’s license

• A strong commitment to advocacy, inclusion, and skill development for people with disabilities

• Proven leadership, organizational, and communication skills
