Overview

The Administrative Assistant provides support and communicates information in a timely manner to ensure the smooth functioning of the various programs. The Administrative Assistant provides basic program and project support to the affiliate.

 

Pay: $19.00/hour

Responsibilities

Assist in tracking and maintaining information related to staff, trainings, licenses, evaluations and referrals.

Ensure that necessary paperwork is current and available for staff at all locations.

Prepare purchase orders, submit for approval prior to completing orders and coordinate delivery.

Assist in the scheduling of rooms at various locations.

Answer telephone and give information to callers or route call to the appropriate person.

Make copies of correspondence or other printed materials for distribution.

Qualifications

High School diploma

Minimum of three years in the administrative field; accurate data entry skills; proficiency in Microsoft applications; excellent telephone and organizational skills required

Valid Driver’s license, ability to drive and means of transportation

Travel to other cities and towns may be required
