Human Resources Coordinator
Seven Hills Rhode Island (SHRI)
Pay: $23.00 - $24.00 per hour

 

Join Seven Hills Rhode Island as a Human Resources Coordinator and play a key role in supporting employees through every step of their journey! You’ll facilitate hiring, onboarding, and offboarding while ensuring compliance and seamless HR processes across all locations.

Responsibilities

  • Guide new hires from conditional hire to New Employee Orientation
  • Conduct background checks, employment verifications, and credential reviews
  • Support HRIS entry, personnel file maintenance, and compliance reporting
  • Assist with job fairs, recruitment events, and employee engagement initiatives
  • Provide excellent customer service to employees and program leaders

Qualifications

  • High School diploma required; Associate degree preferred
  • 3+ years of HR or administrative experience
  • Strong data entry, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel
