Overview

Pay Range: $52,000 - $62,000 per year

 

The primary focus of this position is to support and optimize commercial off-the-shelf software systems and applications.  Systems include EHR and HRIS related systems. By ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements and progress is tracked and managed to deliver those identified business needs.

Responsibilities

  • Support and optimize internal systems and applications
  • Support daily operations related to software applications, assisting users with technical inquiries, and collaborating with various departments to ensure software solutions meet the organizational needs.
  • Work with the Operational and IT teams to ensure data accuracy, generate insightful reports, provide technical support, and drive process improvements.
  • Assist in the implementation and configuration of systems, maintain and respond to support requests from end users
  • Contribute to the optimization of organizational operations and enable data-driven decision-
  • Must be an effective and confident communicator, as you will be meeting with business leaders, decision-makers, and end-users to understand and gather their requirements and provide guidance and support.
  • Participate in EHR/HRIS system-related projects, enhancements, and process redesigns as well as understanding analytical platforms to support data integrations and system authentication.
  • Develop detailed test plans and scripts to execute testing to ensure a bug-free solution is delivered.
  • Collaborate with the training department to develop, deliver and update training materials for end users.
  • Document configuration changes to systems.
  • May involve collaboration with vendors and analyzing the systems performance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred, in Computer Science, Science, Computers, Technical, Information Systems, Information Technology, or Business and Systems
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience or combination of education and experience in process design and technology support.
  • Minimum 1 years' experience with at least one or more of the following: Electronic Health Record systems, Human Resources Information Systems and digital collaboration tools.
  • Experience in Project Management, systems support, systems implementation, and continuous improvement programs
