Join a dedicated team at Crotched Mountain School (CMS), a program of Seven Hills New Hampshire — a unique residential and day program serving children and young adults (up to age 22) with neurodevelopmental disabilities. We’re looking for a compassionate, skilled Occupational Therapist ready to make a meaningful difference every day.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do:

  • Deliver individualized, life-changing therapeutic services
  • Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans focused on functional living skills
  • Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to support student growth
  • Supervise COTAs and contribute to a supportive clinical environment
  • Provide expertise in areas such as feeding therapy, assistive tech, behavior support, or vocational readiness

 

What You Bring:

  • Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Current NH OT license & NBCOT certification
  • Experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
  • Strong communication, documentation, and leadership skills
  • Passion for person-centered care and empowering students to thrive

Qualifications

  • Fingerprint-based background check
  • Valid driver’s license and safe driving record
  • Flexible schedule
  • EHR/computer proficiency
  • Dual licensure or specialized experience (e.g., AT, mental health, feeding therapy) is preferred
