Are you a licensed speech language pathologist passionate about making a difference in children's lives? Seven Hills Foundation is seeking a Consulting Clinician (SLP) to provide expert clinical support across multiple program sites within our Children’s Services Division.
As a Speech Language Pathologist, you’ll play a vital role in shaping clinical service delivery for pediatric clients. You will provide direct and indirect interventions, including assessments, treatment planning, therapeutic interventions, staff training, coaching, and case consultation. This position offers flexibility, with time split between program sites in Massachusetts and New Hampshire.

🔵 Provide clinical evaluation, treatment, and consultation based on referral concerns
🔵 Develop creative solutions to treatment barriers
🔵 Train and coach staff and caregivers to ensure accurate treatment plan implementation
🔵 Participate in IEPs and person-centered treatment planning
🔵 Prepare clinical reports, treatment plans, and progress summaries
🔵 Maintain accurate records and complete mandated reports as required
🔵 Professional licensure required (open to clinical fellowship opportunities)
🔵 1-3 years of applied clinical experience (preferred)
🔵 Training or experience in clinical supervision (preferred)
🔵 Strong understanding of human rights, self-determination, and individualized treatment planning
🔵 Proficiency in electronic health records (EHRs) and professional collaboration software
