Seven Hills Community Services, an affiliate of Seven Hills Foundation

Seven Hills Community Services is seeking an Area Director to oversee residential programs, ensuring high-quality care, regulatory compliance, and effective team leadership. This role is responsible for supervising Resident Directors and program staff, overseeing operations, and driving program excellence.

 

The salary for this position is $72,322.00 a year

Responsibilities

🔵 Supervise Resident Directors and direct support staff to maintain and enhance quality care
🔵 Oversee program operations, compliance, budgeting, and staff development
🔵 Ensure compliance with DDS regulations and achieve top certification standards
🔵 Manage Individual Support Plans (ISP) development and implementation
🔵 Coordinate clinical supports, entitlements, and community resources
🔵 Participate in staff selection, training, and performance management
🔵 Maintain accurate program records, reports, and audits
🔵 Promote a positive, mission-driven culture within the organization

Qualifications

🔵 Bachelor’s degree preferred
🔵 5–10 years of related experience, including supervisory experience
🔵 Strong leadership, compliance, and financial management skills
🔵 Experience in regulatory reporting, patient advocacy, and program development
🔵 Ability to manage budgets, performance evaluations, and home safety assessments
🔵 CPR/First Aid certification required
🔵 Valid driver’s license required
