Sign on bonus: $5000 paid quarterly over 18 months.

🔹 Full-time, hours assigned based on program needs.
🔹 On-call responsibilities required (agency cell phone provided).
🔹 May cover LPN shifts as needed.
🔹 Support individuals in living safe, independent, and enjoyable lives.

🔹 Registered Nurse (RN) license in Massachusetts.
🔹 Experience supervising LPN staff and managing healthcare protocols.
🔹 Strong leadership, advocacy, and problem-solving skills.
🔹 Commitment to person-centered care and community inclusion.
