Are you a compassionate clinician looking to make a deep impact in the lives of children and families? Join our Home-Based Services team as an In-Home Therapist (IHT), where you’ll deliver strength-based, trauma-informed care to clients in their homes and communities.

• Provide in-home individual and family therapy to youth with serious emotional and behavioral needs.
• Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with the family and multidisciplinary team.
• Conduct clinical assessments and respond to crisis situations as needed.
• Participate in weekly clinical supervision and team meetings.
• Maintain timely documentation and service notes in compliance with Medicaid and agency standards.

• Master’s degree in social work, mental health counseling, or related clinical field.
• License-eligible in Massachusetts (LMHC, LCSW, LICSW, or LMFT).
• Experience providing therapy to children, adolescents, and families.
• Strong cultural humility and comfort working with diverse populations.
• Bilingual preferred.
