• Develop and manage recruitment-focused content for careers webpages, social media, and job boards.
• Create compelling campaigns, including testimonials and company culture highlights, to engage diverse talent.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing strategies with organizational goals.
• Leverage social media and employee advocacy to enhance outreach and engagement.
• Monitor and optimize advertising budgets, ensuring a strong ROI.
• Track, analyze, and report key performance metrics for continuous improvement.
• Plan and promote job fairs and external recruitment events.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, HR, or related field.
• Experience: 3–5 years in recruitment marketing, talent acquisition, or a related field.
• Skills:
  • Expertise in digital marketing, SEO, and analytics platforms.
  • Proficiency in Adobe, Canva, and video editing tools (a plus).
  • Exceptional writing, storytelling, and content creation skills.
  • Knowledge of social media and SaaS tools for recruitment.
• Additional Requirements:
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Ability to work in dynamic environments and manage multiple priorities.
