Residential Supervisor – Second Shift
Pay Rate: $24.00 – $25.92/hour (based on experience)
Sign-On Bonus: $4,000 (limited time only!)
Schedule: Full-time, 4-day work week
Shift: 1:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m., Sunday – Wednesday
Stetson School, an affiliate of Seven Hills Foundation, is a residential treatment program for youth with trauma-related complex behaviors. We are seeking a Residential Supervisor for our second shift to lead, guide, and support direct care staff while positively impacting the lives of our students.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise, lead, and guide direct care staff working with students.
Support a therapeutic team focused on individualized treatment goals.
Use treatment goals to help students learn healthy life skills and support normative child and adolescent development.
Engage and interact with students to promote a positive, healing community.
Serve as a positive role model for all students.

Required Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of residential care experience
Prior supervisory experience
GED, High School Diploma, or equivalent
Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
Preferred Qualifications:
Ability to work as a creative, engaged, and dedicated member of the Stetson team
