Senior Child Care Specialist / Direct Care Worker
Pay Rate: $22.00 – $23.92/hour (based on experience)
Sign-On Bonus: $4,000 (limited time only!)
Schedule: Sunday 9a-11p, Monday 3p-11p, Tuesday 2p-11p, Wednesday 2p-11p
Stetson School, an affiliate of Seven Hills Foundation, is a residential treatment program for youth with trauma-related complex behaviors. We are seeking Senior Child Care Specialists / Direct Support Professionals for all shifts to positively impact students’ lives while being part of a therapeutic team.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage and interact with students, serving as a positive role model and promoting a safe, healing community.
Support individualized treatment goals to help students develop healthy life skills and aid in trauma recovery.
Assist with student activities, including recreational off-campus trips, home visits, and special events.
Collaborate with the therapeutic team to support student growth and development.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
Minimum 3 years’ experience in residential, behavioral health, or human services setting
Previous supervisory or leadership experience strongly preferred
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work a flexible, rotating second-shift schedule
Commitment to fostering a safe, supportive, and trauma-informed environment
