The Program Director of Home-based Residential Supports provides overall direction, planning and coordination of assigned areas and multi-disciplinary teams. This position is responsible for the management of all day-to-day programmatic services of Seven Hills Home Based Residential Supports with the goal of maintaining and enhancing the quality of supports for individuals and their families.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Develop start-up policies, procedures, and hiring processes for the program.
  • Pilot outcomes and assessments.
  • Visit homes at least once per month.
  • Conduct multidisciplinary team meetings twice a month.
  • Provide guidance, direction, and support to teams.
  • Be available for 24-hour on-call response.
  • Coordinate case management, individualized service plans (ISPs), medical management, financial management, and supervision.
  • Manage staff scheduling and re-allocations, ensuring consistent services.
  • Administer a pool of flexible funding resources.
  • Gather feedback from families to enhance service quality.
  • Provide supervision for staff, including access to clinical consultation

Skills and Knowledge: 

  • Experience working with families and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, autism spectrum disorder (ASD), and behavioral challenges.
  • Knowledgeable about clinical interventions, assessment, planning, and problem-solving.
  • Familiar with public benefits, entitlements, and local resources.
  • Understand trauma-informed service delivery.

Qualifications

  • Master's in Social Work (MSW)
  • Valid Driver's License and ability to drive is required.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience preferred.
