Hourly Rate: $23.00–$24.92
Sign-On Bonus: $4,000 (50% paid at 6 months, 50% at 12 months)

Stetson School, an affiliate of Seven Hills Foundation, is a residential treatment program for youth with trauma-related complex behaviors. We’re currently seeking a Senior Residential Supervisor to help lead, mentor, and support our dedicated residential team.


What You’ll Do:

  • Mentor and coach Residential Supervisors to strengthen their leadership and team management skills

  • Provide effective staff supervision and ensure policies and procedures are followed for campus safety and security

  • Assist with scheduling needs and operational planning

  • Work closely with the Assistant Residential Directors and Residential Director to meet supervision and milieu oversight goals

  • Maintain consistency in approaches, expectations, and structure within the milieu by rotating between front half and back half second-shift schedules


Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in residential, behavioral health, or human services setting

  • Previous supervisory or leadership experience strongly preferred

  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work a flexible, rotating second-shift schedule

  • Commitment to fostering a safe, supportive, and trauma-informed environment

Responsibilities

Staff Leadership & Development

  • Mentor Residential Supervisors through regular coaching and feedback

  • Ensure paperwork, reports, and documentation are professional and timely

  • Support Supervisors in orienting and training new staff

  • Create development and corrective action plans when needed

  • Foster teamwork and consistent practices across all units

Staffing & Scheduling

  • Maintain master schedule and fill staffing gaps to meet ratios

  • Monitor attendance, overtime, and 1:1 staffing usage

  • Assist with interviews and hiring recommendations

Program Oversight

  • Maintain a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment

  • Ensure schedules, recreation, and skills programs are followed

  • Oversee behavioral management interventions in line with CPI principles

Policy & Compliance

  • Ensure all staff follow Stetson policies and Student Supervision Guidelines

  • Model and promote dignity, respect, and professional boundaries

  • Complete safety drills, inspections, and required health & safety tasks

Team & Milieu Management

  • Communicate essential updates to staff and leadership

  • Act as a professional role model for staff and students

  • Participate in meetings, trainings, and committees as assigned

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of residential care experience

  • Prior supervisory experience

  • GED, High School Diploma, or equivalent

  • Valid driver’s license with a good driving record

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ability to work as a creative, engaged, and dedicated member of the Stetson team
