$5,000 sign on bonus, additional $5,000/yr for bilingual!

 

We are seeking a Behavioral Health Clinician to join our outpatient team, providing high-quality clinical care to children, adolescents, and families. This role involves delivering individual, family, and group therapy services in an outpatient setting, focusing on addressing mental health concerns and improving overall well-being. The clinician will work closely with clients to develop treatment plans, conduct assessments, and provide ongoing therapeutic support, ensuring services align with best practices and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

  • Provide outpatient individual therapy, family therapy, and group therapy to children, adolescents, and families.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans based on client needs.
  • Perform risk assessments, safety planning, and crisis intervention as necessary.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the Electronic Health Record (EHR), including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries.
  • Adhere to confidentiality standards, HIPAA regulations, and ethical guidelines in all client interactions.
  • Meet productivity expectations by maintaining an active caseload, which may include evening and weekend hours.
  • Ensure that services are evidence-based, client-centered, and meet medical necessity criteria.
  • Participate in clinical supervision, team meetings, and ongoing professional development.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care to clients.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field that qualifies you for licensure in Massachusetts (e.g., LCSW, LICSW, or LMHC).
  • Active CANS certification required.
  • Experience in outpatient mental health services preferred.
  • Proficiency in conducting clinical assessments, treatment planning, and case management.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills.
  • Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities and trauma-informed care.
  • Ability to maintain professional boundaries, confidentiality, and ethical standards.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
