Education Supervisor

The Crotched Mountain School& Village, an affiliate of Seven Hills New Hampshire, is seeking an Education Supervisor to join our team of exceptional professionals dedicated to improving the lives of our students.

This is a full-time (40-hour), year-round position in an alternative residential special education setting.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise Paraeducator I and Paraeducator II, ensuring adherence to standards of care and Crotched Mountain School policies.
• Ensure a safe and therapeutic environment for students and staff.
• Monitor staff-to-student interactions and provide feedback and support as needed.
• Maintain staffing schedules, assist in hiring processes, and track staff attendance and performance.
• Distribute prescribed medications to designated students as trained and approved by nursing personnel.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in human services field.
• Strong decision-making abilities and professional communication skills.
• Basic mathematical and reasoning skills.
• Valid driver’s license.

Schedule: Monday – Friday; 7-3

Location: Crotched Mountain School, Greenfield, NH
