The Prep Cook supports food service team in production, serving, and delivery of food to students. The Prep Cook is required to perform basic cooking duties, monitor stock levels, and take on culinary tasks as they arise. Must understand and be willing to comply with food and sanitation guidelines and regulations, be quick and diligent, and be willing to improve on the job. The Prep Cook should be able to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment.
Hours: Per Diem, Filling in as needed for call outs, vacations, etc. Flexibility is required, 8+ hours per week
• Must be 18 or older have a HS Diploma or equivalent
• Experience as a prep cook is preferred
• Physical endurance to work long shifts in a busy environment
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, nights, and holidays
