Residential Lead III 

 

$2000 Sign-On Bonus!

 

Pay:  $21.50/hr

 

To instruct, supervise and assist residents with activities of daily living through daily routines and to carry out scheduled activities and programs. Supervise staff and programs in absence of the Director/Assistant Director of Residential

Residential Lead III Responsiblities: 

 

🔹Support residents in upholding their rights and making informed decisions.

🔹 Engage residents in meaningful daily activities and outings, fostering a sense of belonging.

🔹 Provide personalized guidance and encouragement, ensuring every resident's voice is heard.

🔹 Maintain meticulous documentation and ensure program compliance for seamless operations.

🔹 Curate enriching activities tailored to each resident's abilities.

🔹 Ensure continuous supervision and a safe environment between shifts.

🔹 Participate in meetings and training sessions to stay aligned with best practices.

🔹 Serve as a positive role model, fostering an inclusive and respectful environment.

🔹 Collaborate with medical staff and support dietary needs for balanced nutrition.

Qualifications

Residential Lead III Qualifications: 

 

1. Be at least 21 years of age and;
2. Have a high school diploma or its equivalent and shall have at least one of the following:
a. A Associates degree in the field of Residential Care, human services, education, counseling work, psychology or recreation
b. 1000 hours of experience working with children either as a paid employee or volunteer, plus 60 college credits, including a minimum of 12 credits in the fields specified in 2a
c. 2000 hours of experience working with children plus 24 credits in the fields specified
