Harrington Way is an affiliate of Seven Hills Foundation. We are a residential treatment program for youth with trauma related complex behaviors, currently hiring Direct Support Professionals for all shifts.

Full-Time: Overnight awake w/ a 4-day work week!

                  11pm - 9am

Every staff is a leader in developing a healing environment that promotes a healthy life and teaches social skills to our students.

Direct Support Professionals will:

• Engage and interact with our students promoting a positive and healing community by serving as a positive role model. 
• Be a part of a therapeutic team that supports student's development through individualized treatment goals. 
• Use treatment goals to provide a pathway for learning healthy life skills and aid in healing trauma, all the while supporting the progression of normative child and adolescent development.
• Assist with student activities such as recreational off campus trips, home visits and special events.

Direct Support Professionals are provided a paid 10-day New Employee Orientation and receive training on CPR/First Aid, Crisis Prevention Intervention & Trauma-Informed Care. They also receive program-specific training at the worksite.

Required Qualifications:

• 18+ years old
• Minimun of HiSET/GED, High School Diploma, or Equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s License & Good Driving Record
• Must pass Criminal, DCF Abuse and Neglect, Sex offender Registry and Federal
  Fingerprinting background record checks.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Ability to work as a creative, engaged, dedicated member of the Harrington Way team.
