Provides general assistance in the area of dietary needs including documentation as assigned. Provide direct support to individuals served including providing assistance in personal care activities.
Assists the cook in determining the amount and type of food and supplies required for daily meals.
Obtains food and supplies as directed.
Assists in preparation of food as directed.
Prepares and serves food according to menus.
Checks special diet trays with dining guidelines before distribution.
High School diploma or GED and one (1) year related experience. Previous dietary experience preferred.
