Overview

We are currently searching for a talented professional to fill the position of Outpatient Behavioral Health Clinician in the Worcester, MA area to provide quality clinical care that is trauma informed to youth and families through individual, family, and/or group therapy modalities in an outpatient community mental health setting. 

 

The Outpatient Behavioral Health (BH) Clinician will be responsible for providing direct clinical care to children, adolescents and their families, as appropriate to the program in which the clinician works. The clinician will ensure that the highest-quality services are provided in compliance with performance specifications, agency policies and procedures, and regulating entities. Clinicians should provide services in keeping with best practices, evidence-based knowledge, and the ethics of their educational discipline. The clinician should attend to risk issues, documentation of care, timeliness of documentation, professionalism, productivity, and administrative issues related to providing clinical care.      

 

**New Hire Sign-On Bonus: $1,500 Total ($750 paid after 6 months and $750 paid after 12 months of continuous employment)

**$1,000 paid towards student loans for each year completed.

Responsibilities

  • Provides outpatient individual/family therapy for children and adolescents in school and clinic based settings.
  • Provide counseling services to a blended caseload in Central Massachusetts public schools with whom YOU, Inc. is contracted to provide treatment.
  • Maintain flexibility and independence in creating their weekly schedule and be part of our team of Master's level, LCSW, LICSW, LMHC, and Psychologist clinicians.

Qualifications

  • Prior clinical experience working with children and adolescents is required.
  • MS/MA/PhD/PsyD in a human services, psychology, or related field required.
  • Must be eligible for licensure as an LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, or licensed psychologist.
  • Must have a valid driver's license.
  • Flexibility in scheduling.
  • Bilingual Spanish/English preferred.
