  • As a Parent Coach you will have the opportunity to work with parents and caregivers in their homes to increase knowledge and best practices in parenting their children.
  • As a Parent Coach, you will work in collaboration with the Department of Children and Families, as well as other therapeutic providers to best support the needs of the parents you coach.
  • You will have the opportunity to provide skills-based interventions and curricula directly to parents as well as act as a liaison to other providers working with the parent and their family.

  • BA/BS/BSW degree in psychology/social work or other human service degree required.
  • At least two years of experience working with youth and families preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
  • Strong knowledge in child/youth mental health, family systems theory/practice, behavior management and practical experience with youth and families preferred.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) and/or bi-cultural background and/or skills preferable.
