YOU, Inc is looking for an Outpatient Clinician to join our team in Gardner!


Outpatient clinicians work as a member of the Behavioral Health Service team. The clinician will provide psychotherapy services for youth and families within the community mental health setting. Clinicians receive weekly supervision from a licensed supervisor, are expected to attend team meetings on a weekly basis, and will be encouraged to attend training to develop a specialty in their clinical practice (i.e. TFCBT, ARC etc.) 

**New Hire Sign-On Bonus: $5000 (50% paid after 6 months, 50% paid after 12 months of continuous employment.)

*$1,000 paid towards student loans per year completed.


  • Provide quality clinical care that is trauma informed to youth and families through individual, family and/or group therapy modalities in an outpatient community mental health setting.
  • Provide case management to clients who are eligible for and meet the need for additional supports outside of the therapy session/s.
  • Maintain clinical documentation according to agency and governing body’s standards.
  • Reach a predetermined productivity expectation on a regular basis in order to achieve an annual goal.
  • Attend clinical team meeting weekly, supervision, utilization review meetings, required trainings and other group supervision meetings as required by director.
  • Work as a team member both within the agency as well as within the larger social service system that interfaces with the community mental health center.


  • MA/MS/MSW, Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or other related field required.
  • LCSW, LICSW/LMHC/LMFT or Ph.D./Psy.D. Strongly preferred.
  • Massachusetts Child & Adolescent Needs and Strengths (CANS) Certification required.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) and/or bi-cultural background and/or skills preferable.
