**New Hire Sign-On Bonus: $1,500 ($750 paid after 6 months, $750 paid after 12 months of continuous employment.)

*$1,000 paid towards student loans per year completed.


  • You will provide the coordination of care for youth with a broad range of social/emotional needs.
  • Using the Wraparound process, you will lead a multi-disciplinary team in collaboration with the family to uncover and address the underlying needs of the youth and their caregivers.
  • You will have the unique opportunity to travel the family’s mental health journey wherever it takes them and provide support and guidance along the way.
  • You will have the ability to develop a broad network of resources and services within the many systems of care that impact the youth and families we serve.

  • A Bachelor’s degree in a human services field from an accredited academic institution and one year of relevant experience working with families or youth required.
  • Experience working with adolescents and/or latency children preferably in community based setting.
  • Candidates must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Candidates must be at least 21 years of age. 
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) and/or bi-cultural background and/or skills preferable.
