Seeking a case manager to oversee MRC employment services for individuals with varied support needs including intellectual and developmental disabilities. Experience in case management, job development/coaching and an understanding of Employment First preferred. Must be able to function independently and as a team member and have strong written and oral communication skills. The case manager must have excellent computer skills and be able to track data for billing and documentation purposes. Hours may require flexibility to meet programatic need and the ability to adjust schedule to visit individuals at their worksites.
-To Provide assistance with job development and direct support to individuals in various employment settings.
-Provide ongoing communication with funding sources, families, guardians, and other team members to maintain up to date files and billing information.
Bachelor’s Degree preferred, plus at least one year experience supporting individuals in vocational services. Valid driver’s license.
