  • Overview

    The Person-Centered Supported Employment Program (PCSEPP) 3.0 Project Director is responsible for overseeing and implementing the PCSEPP 3.0 contract, including all administrative and data requirements listed in the PCSEPP Scope of Work. The Director will coordinate work with a group of collaborative providers who will partner with BHDDH and other organizations to develop robust approaches and methods for pre-employment discovery and community mapping, community liaison success, training, coaching and support to secure and retain employment for the identified PCSEPP 3.0 population.

    Responsibilities

    Oversees and coordinates implementation of the PCSEPP 3.0 work plan and ensure adherence to goals and timelines.

     

    Coordinates and convenes the SHRI PCSEPP Project Advisory Committee.

     

    Attends quarterly PCSEPP 3.0 meetings with BHDDH and other project meetings convened by BHDDH.

     

    Submits quarterly reports in a format to be provided by BHDDH to include progress toward implementation, outcomes, barriers to implementation, and how those barriers were addressed.

     

    Enters data into Therap weekly, at a minimum.

     

    Ensures that all materials funded under this contract are approved by BHDDH’s Communication’s Office prior to printing and distribution and that they include the BHDDH logo and taglines.

     

    Fosters relationships with local employers, state agencies, individuals, families, friends, etc.

     

    Additional Responsibilities

    Completes and maintains all required trainings, certifications, and licensures.

     

    Safeguards sensitive and confidential data.

     

    Actively promotes and positively role models philosophy, mission, and core values of the organization. Treats individuals served, associates, guests and other stakeholders in a respectful and dignified manner.

     

    Responds effectively to potential safety hazards and emergencies. Maintains a clean, orderly and safe environment by being respectful of property and equipment. Follows proper maintenance and safety protocols.

     

    Be familiar with and actively promote all Seven Hills’ policies and procedures, the site’s program specific policies and procedures and the regulations governing the program.

     

    Other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications

    Dynamic and engaging individual who is passionate about supporting adults with developmental disabilities and facilitating successful competitive employment outcomes. Degree in Human Services preferred, three years of progressive experience in human services with at least one year of management experience preferably working with adults with developmental disabilities, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must be a natural “community connector” and possess computer skills and the ability to navigate a network system. ACRE / CESP Certification within nine months of hire. Must have valid driver's license.
