The Family Support Specialist will focus on the family while addressing the needs of the individual children and adults in order to improve overall functionality, ensure family participation in the planning of services and work toward building the strengths and abilities of families. The Residential Counselor insures the safety and supervision of youth, cultivates a therapeutic treatment milieu, maintains appropriate boundaries while developing supportive professional relationships with youth, participates in the upkeep and cleanliness of the facility, documents client care as required or directed, and if necessary, utilizes agency physical management interventions.
The Director of Clinical Operations for congregate care will oversee the clinical operations within YOU, Inc.’s residential services component. To this end, the Director will ensure the successful clinical and milieu operations of one or more EEC-licensed residential facilities. Residential programs operate 24-hour/day, 7-days a week, and as such the Director has responsibility to respond to critical programming needs at any hour. Together with the Director of Residential Operations, The Director of Clinical Operations will be responsible for the clinical, financial, regulatory, personnel, community relations, technological, and facility needs of running the residential program(s). The Director will report to the Vice President of Congregate Care and will work in collaboration with the Medical Director, the Senior Director for Quality Management, the Compliance Director, and the Senior Leadership of the agency.
Provide direct support to individuals in therapeutically developed program activities in a Community Based Day Support (CBDS) program and / or employment opportunities. Perform the required training and documentation necessary for group and individual participant goal achievement.

Under supervision of the SHNH Clinical Director, the Board CertifiedBehavior Analyst (BCBA) assesses, designs, implements, and evaluates the implementation of behavior analytic interventions designed to prevent/respond to challenging behavior and to teach meaningful skills to children with developmental and/or intellectual disabilities and their caregivers. The BCBA is a contributing member of a multidisciplinary team, collaborating with families, program staff, and other key stakeholders to improve outcomes and to promote wraparound care. The BCBA serves as a clinical consultant to a caseload of children across settings, providing staff professional training as part of their program consultation. Maintains compliance with applicable regulations and policies and engages in ongoing professional development and systems improvement in effort to support systems-wide interventions as well as direct/indirect interventions for children.
The BCBA is provided with a laptop, cell phone and email to perform job duties. Travel may be required.
