Provides administrative support and the updating and communication of information in a timely manner to ensure the smooth functioning of Seven Hills Community Services.
Completes the processing of RFRs as indicated by the Vice President or Assistant Vice President and DMR, in word-processing, copying, and mailing, or hand delivering the completed packages to the appropriate DMR location.
Maintains smooth functioning of the Human Rights work, ensuring the recipient of monthly incident and restraint reports, including maintaining the database and files. Additionally, maintains complete and accurate files of all DPPC/DMR investigation notifications and reports.
Assists the Human Rights Committees by organizing the upcoming meetings for SHCS, following the standard procedure for reporting, mailing, and filing meeting minutes, ensuring that four meetings take place annually for all SHCS Human Rights Sub- Committees.
Maintains s residential database, updating all applicable information on individuals residing at each house, the staff, agency (DMR) information, and residences.
Maintains the Contract Hours/Overtime Report database for both affiliates, verifying the weekly total corresponds to the overall total and producing a data report for the Vice President & Assistant Vice President.
High School graduate with administrative/secretarial training. Minimum of three years experience in administrative field; accurate data entry skills; proficiency in Microsoft applications; excellent telephone and organizational; skills required.
