Performs a variety of accounting duties relating to processing of payroll. Works under direct supervision/direction of Payroll Manager
Responsible for majority of data input to payroll computer system including: Employee requisitions – changes, new hires, terminations, LOA’s, etc.; Manual and voided checks; Salary employee hours; and Other input as necessary.
Maintain, organize, and file payroll reports in an orderly and timely manner.
Review and process manual accrued time requests in an orderly and timely manner.
Prepare and distribute various payroll reports including but not limited to Accrued Time Report and Benefit Time Report.
Assists in special projects and other accounting tasks relating to payroll as necessary.
Bachelor’s degree preferred or H.S diploma w/ Minimum two (2) years of payroll experience.
