Responsibility for provision of diagnostic and treatment services to adults, children, couples and families. May also be involved in special projects, including development of new services, public relations, and marketing.


Provides highly skilled individual, group and family evaluation and treatment services to client.


Maintains the productivity guidelines established by the Director of Clinical Services.


Participates in Quality Assurance/Utilization Review activities, including attendance at relevant QA/UR meetings and maintenance of complete written records of client contacts following the clinical record-keeping requirements established by the COO and the Director of Clinical Services.


Participate in individual and group supervision as assigned.


Provide supervision to other staff as assigned


Becomes knowledgeable concerning the community, other agencies, funding sources and issues relevant to child and family services. Represents the Agency in community activities, participates in advocacy and planning activities, and act in the interest of the agency.


May provide community education (e.g., seminars, presentations) as needed.


Apprises the Director of Clinical Services of major issues/concerns, and carries out activities in keeping with program objectives, agency policy, and supervisory direction.


May perform additional related duties as assigned.


Master's degree in counseling, psychology, or related discipline from an accredited graduate school


Maintains licensure by the Massachusetts Board of Registration for Allied Mental Health Professionals as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. Minimum of two years direct experience in working with a culturally and ethnically diverse population of children and families.
