The secretary/receptionist performs clerical functions for the administrative office. The secretary/receptionist is to be personable, welcoming and directing to best suit the needs of the program and clients.
Read and route incoming mail. Locate and attach appropriate file to correspondence to be answered by employer.
Compose and type routine correspondence on computer.
File correspondence and other records.
Answer telephone and give information to callers or route call to the appropriate official and place outgoing calls.
High School diploma
Valid Driver’s license, ability to drive and means of transportation
Travel to other cities and towns may be required
