Leads and directs the care for students under the supervisions of the Senior Overnight Supervisor during the overnight and morning routines by performing given duties.
Ensures that all essential student needs are met each shift, according to guidelines.
Promotes staff interventions that support the Stetson School's ACORN approach.
Demonstrates care giver qualities that treat all students with dignity and respect.
Instructs students regarding desirable behavioral, health, hygiene, and personal habits as they apply to Stetson School policy and procedure.
Responds to students' behavior in accordance with Stetson School's Behavior Management policy and the principles of Therapeutic Crisis Intervention (TCI).
Bachelor's Degree in field related to human services; or Associates Degree in field related to human services with six months experience in human services; or one year of experience in human services with a minimum of a high school diploma/GED. Specialist training or specific skills; student intern experience or volunteer work may be credited toward experience.
Requires a current valid driver's license from state of residence.
