Manages the reception area by greeting visitors and staff, operates the main telephone system, coordinates vehicles transportation, manages mail, and maintains office equipment by performing the following duties.
Answers telephone and routes all incoming calls to appropriate extension/employee.
Checks voicemail system on a daily basis and routes messages to appropriate person.
Greets all visitors.
Requests all visitors to sign-in on the Visitor’s Log.
Notifies the Case Manager, Clinician, or designated contact that the visitor has arrived.
Minimum of Certificate of Achievement from public high school in Massachusetts, documentation of home schooling equivalent to a high school diploma, GED, or High School Diploma. Experience or training preferred. Knowledge of Word and Excel computer programs preferred.
