Home based clinical services to support children with developmental delays and behavioral challenges. Clinician provides individual or group supervision of HBTS and PASS workers. Develops goals and objectives of treatment plan, HBTS/PASS plans and trains staff in the implementation of plan. Monitors progress of treatment and modifies plans to meet objectives. Observes HBTS workers and PASS workers treating the child in the home and community. Clinical supervision of all aspects of HBTS/PASS services and plans.
Licensed health-care professional with established competencies in working with children with special health care needs. *Licensed by Department of Health Rhode Island (DOH) in psychology, social work (LICSW), LCSW, marriage and family therapist (LMFT), or a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) with established competency in working with children with special care needs. Competency is established by formal education, continued education credits, internships, work history and supervised practice. BCBA with experience in ABA also a strong consideration. Spanish speaking preferred. Must have ability to travel within the state.
