The Groton House: Medically Complex Behavioral Residence (MCBR) is a program that services a co-ed group of individuals (ages 9 up to 22) supporting their medical and behavioral complexities.
The Shift Supervisor is responsible for leading a shift of residential counselor staff in one of YOU, Inc.’s 24-hour/7-day-a-week acute or congregate care settings.
